Chapter Chair, Kathy Powell and Secretary, Abigayle Abercrombie took a road trip (due to the weather) to visit a few members of the Auburn Wing. Cullman High School senior, Carmen, also met up with us, as she is planning to attend Auburn in the fall and study Aviation Management. Wing member Rebecca Simon rounded up a few other Wing members, and we all met at Toomer’s Corner. After introductions were made and we chatted a bit, we got lemonades, the signature drink at the Auburn landmark. We walked around downtown and took advantage of a photo op in front of Samford Hall. Most Wing members were too busy to share lunch, but after enjoying a meal and conversation with one member, we stopped for an informative tour of the Delta Air Lines Aviation Education Building.
