The Alabama 99s would like to thank the Cinemagic Drive-In Theatre in Athens, Alabama for hosting the Alabama 99s Spooky Drive-In Fundraiser for the Minnie Wade Memorial Scholarship. The event raised about $400 toward the Minnie Wade Memorial Scholaship.

The Minnie Wade Memorial Scholarship is open to any female residing in Alabama and the applications are due December 15. The winner will be announced at the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum Luncheon on Feb 12, 2022. The winner will be awarded $1500 to help with flight training.
